They had it diagnosed and the appropriate codes were recorded, as well as referring me on because they were unable to assist with this issue FREE of charge. Amazing service. Sherry is an excellent business owner with lots of knowledge of cars and conducts business with integrity and honesty. Best around!

Snell Automotive did a spectacular job of placing my rotors and brakes onto my 2015 Mustang 5.0. I also requested brake caliper covers to be placed on, and they went above and beyond regarding its placement as this is not common work for them. Additionally, I was allowed to look under my vehicle to get a sense of what’s under it, so I know for future reference, and they saved me a lot of money for unnecessary repairs that weren’t needed that I thought needed to be. They referred me to Dyno Tune to retune my vehicle instead of needing to spend the unnecessary money. Sherry, at the front desk, was very personable as well as informative and kept me posted with updates and photos, which eased my mind. The mechanics are also incredibly knowledgeable, and I’ve learned so much being a woman that I will transfer to others in the future. Their main priority is safety for the customer, along with fairness, knowledge, and unbeatable prices. I will HIGHLY recommend their services because it all was a learning experience that I’ve never had from past mechanics and service desk helpers, for which I am truly grateful. Lastly, although they are a bit short-handed, the turnaround time was still wonderful compared to the two months I had to wait at Ford for a clutch repair yet they were fully staffed. You can go to part chargers any place in memphis but for master auto repairs and service snell can't be beat.Verified Snell Auto took great care of my car as well as me. They were very punctual and kind! Sherry was an excellent communicator and kept me up to date daily. This was my first time using them after being referred and I will absolutely go back when needed! Worked with them on repairs from collision damage, to cracked head gaskets, to basic oil change/flush. They don't try to oversell you on crap you don't need.
