Office Assistant
Full-Time • Memphis, TN
We're looking for a friendly, organized person to help run our front office. You'll be the first face customers see and the voice they hear on the phone. No auto experience required — we'll teach you what you need to know.
Responsibilities:
- Answer phones and greet customers
- Schedule appointments and manage the daily calendar
- Write up repair orders and handle invoicing
- Keep the front office organized and welcoming
Requirements:
- Reliable and punctual — our customers count on us
- Comfortable on the phone and with basic computer use
- Positive attitude and good with people
Automotive Technician
Full-Time • Memphis, TN
We need experienced technicians who take pride in honest, quality work. Our shop handles everything from oil changes to full engine rebuilds. If you know your way around a lift and a scan tool, we want to talk.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair vehicles — brakes, engines, electrical, suspension, A/C
- Perform maintenance services (oil changes, inspections, fluid flushes)
- Use diagnostic tools and keep up with manufacturer updates
- Communicate clearly with the service advisor about findings
Requirements:
- 2+ years of hands-on auto repair experience
- ASE certification preferred (not required)
- Own tools (we supply specialty equipment)
- Valid driver's license
